Renew your dangerous goods by air qualification and update your knowledge of the current IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
This two-day, UK Civil Aviation Authority approved course is designed for experienced personnel who hold a current Dangerous Goods by Air certificate. It reviews regulatory changes, reinforces the core skills required for your job function and concludes with the approved examination.
Successful candidates receive a CAA-approved certificate, valid for a further 24 months.

Who should attend
This course is suitable for personnel who hold a current Dangerous Goods by Air qualification (you don’t have to have originally trained with us) and remain familiar with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

Revalidation requirements
Delegates must provide evidence of a current Dangerous Goods by Air certificate before attending.
The revalidation course assumes that delegates already have a sound working knowledge of the regulations. If your certificate has expired, or you do not use the regulations regularly and are no longer confident applying them, the three-day initial course may be more appropriate.

Examination and certification
The course concludes with a mandatory open-book examination. Candidates who achieve the required standard receive a CAA-approved Dangerous Goods by Air certificate valid for 24 months.
Where revalidation training is completed within the permitted period before the existing certificate expires, the new validity period may run from the previous certificate's expiry date, subject to the applicable regulatory requirements.
